Detailed Product Description

Discover Kennen – Storm of Shuriken (Alternate Art)

Kennen – Storm of Shuriken (Alternate Art) is a Showcase Champion Unit from Vendetta, the fourth set of Riftbound: League of Legends Trading Card Game. Identified by collector number VEN-113a/166, this version features alternate artwork by Wild Rift Splash Team.

The card belongs to the Chaos domain, costs 3 Energy and 1 Chaos Power to play, and has 4 Might. Its combination of combat presence and graveyard-based spell utility makes it an interesting option for players exploring Burn and Flow strategies.

Use Burn to Prepare Your Next Play

When you play Kennen – Storm of Shuriken, its Burn 2 ability puts the top two cards of your Main Deck into your trash. This can help place spells and other cards in the trash, where they may become relevant to future plays.

Burn does not guarantee that you will find a particular spell. Its value depends on the cards sent to the trash and the other effects available in your deck.

Turn Conquering Into a Spell Opportunity

When Kennen conquers, you can give a spell in your trash Flow equal to its cost for that turn. Flow allows you to play the spell from your trash by paying its Flow cost, after which the spell is banished.

This ability creates an additional route for using a spell, potentially helping you get more value from cards that have already left your hand. Successful use depends on conquering with Kennen and having a suitable spell in your trash.

A Collectible Alternate-Art Printing

Beyond gameplay, this alternate-art version offers a distinct option for collectors completing their Vendetta set or collecting Kennen cards. The Showcase rarity and collector number help distinguish it from the standard printing, VEN-113/166.

Why Choose Kennen – Storm of Shuriken (Alternate Art)?

• Distinctive artwork: Features alternate art by Wild Rift Splash Team.
• Showcase rarity: A separate collectible printing from the standard card.
• Useful gameplay abilities: Combines Burn with conditional access to a spell through Flow.
• Strong printed Might: Has 4 Might for its 3-Energy cost.
• Clear card identification: VEN-113a/166 helps distinguish this version from the standard printing.

Compared with the standard version, the alternate-art printing offers a different collectible presentation while retaining the same card identity and gameplay abilities. Buyers should compare artwork, rarity, condition, and price rather than assume that alternate art changes the card’s rules.
